About Us
Twenty Years at the Same Stove
We started out in a small place along the road to Pilsko. Today we have a wood-fired oven, a banquet hall, and guest rooms, but our principles haven’t changed: we make the dough ourselves, cook the sauce from real tomatoes, and buy our meat from trusted suppliers.
We cook highlander-style—plentiful, hearty, and without any frills. Chicken soup with noodles, kwaśnica with ribs, lard-topped flatbread, and wood-fired pizza. Plus local products: oscypek, cured meats, and pickled vegetables.
In the summer, you sit on the terrace; in the winter, by the fireplace. All year round, we serve the same guests who have been coming back to us for years—and that’s the best recommendation we could ask for.
